it was 23 July 2022 when our children made their last commitment to God and the solemn of oath

1st July is the Uganda’s National D.E.A.R day. D.E.A.R stands for “Drop Everything And Read“. This program is to promote reading culture and love of learning on a national scale it has been launched at our school through the Rotary club of Bweyogerere Nambole.

On 19th of June 2022, a number of children were able to join the Mother Church and others received the Holy communion For their First time. Big thanks go to the school management for great exercise of preparing these children and teaching them the culture and the norms of the Catholic Church, God bless you so much

MARY HELP OF CHRISTIANS, Is a tittle of Mary Mother of Jesus, based on the devotion associated with a feast day inscribed into General Roman Calender on 24 May. Jonh Chrysostom was the first person to use this Marian title. John Bosco also propagated the devotion of Mary Help of Christians.

The management of the Salesians of Don Bosco Community, kindly request all our parents to honour the Director’s invitation to the Feast of DON BOSCO which will take place on Sunday 13th of February 2022 at Don Bosco Community Kira- Municipality, starting from 10:00am with the Eucharistic Celebration presided over by the Archbishop of Kampala, His Grace Rev. Paul Ssemwogerere.
