On the 5th of September, our lovely Shekiuna left for America after spending about three months helping in the education of Don Bosco Primary School pupils. It was very interesting to see her share with the pupils, teachers and social workers.
She was very significant in the education of our Primary pupils especially in language subjects like Literature and English. We had her farewell party before she left. This party featured the Youth Alive boys miming; chair dancing, speeches and sharing of gifts. The Salesians thanked Shekiuna for her efforts and love for the children and requested her to encourage more volunteers come and share with the organization.
We wish all the best Shekiuna; you are always part of us.
